13. Green Bay Packers - Jeff Samardzija, WR, Notre Dame. Boy, if this year has shown us anything about these Green Bay Packers it’s that they can’t catch. And Driver is getting pretty old at 31. In the season which might be Favre’s last, Samardzija could make him a winner in his final year.
This wouldn't be a bad pick for my Packers. If CB Leon Hall falls to us in the draft, then we have to take him, but if not I wouldn't mind seeing Samardzija in a Packer uni.
The raiders better choose Brady Quinn as their first pick. He's a critical pick for 'em considering they are in need for a QB next year and in the future. He'd be a good person to build the team of off. Let's hope the raiders don't be stupid and trade their pick away for anything.
Brady Quinn I agree will go number one to the Raiders

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Alan Branch, DT, Michigan. Face it Tampa, your defense is getting old, which makes this pick either Gaines Adams of Clemson or Alan Branch. IÂ’d take Branch because they traded Anthony McFarland to the Colts.
I love this move If Tampa gets him, their defense is falling apart due to injuries and age and it's time to let the veterans teach a bit to the newbies before the haul off and retire...

6. Houston Texans - Adrian Peterson, HB, Oklahoma. After being nearly crucified after not taking Bush/Young last year, the Texans make it up by taking Peterson, a good overall pick and if the above teams didnÂ’t have solid running games heÂ’d be taken higher. Also depends if Peterson declares since he is a Junior.
I agree Houston needs a running back and screwed up when not taking Bush last year, but I just don't think Peterson will come out due to the fact he missed so many games after breaking his collarbone, I say expect him back for his senior year.

15. Buffalo Bills - Drew Stanton, QB, Michigan State. I was in Buffalo with my girlfriend in October and boy are they sick of J.P. Losman. Hopefully they take Stanton or possibly trade up for some much, much, much needed OL help.
I'd take him over Troy Smith IMO, and I'm surprised you have getting picked after Smith, but then again with Carolina's recent win today that will knock them back a few spots...
