Jeremy Shockey caught a 17-yard touchdown pass from Eli Manning late in the first quarter to open the scoring. In the third quarter, Jay Feely connected on a 23-yard field goal to tie the game at 10. In the final period, Feely kicked a 22-yard field goal and Plaxico Burress caught a five-yard touchdown pass from Manning to even the score at 20-20 before DallasÂ’ game-winning drive.

Tiki Barber led all players with 23 carries for 90 yards, including a 20-yard run. Shockey and Burress each caught six passes.

Gibril Wilson led the defense with nine tackles, including seven solo. Rookie Mathias Kiwanuka sacked Tony Romo for a loss of two yards, forced a fumble and had an interception. Will Demps also intercepted a Romo pass.

The Giants are now 35-52-2 all-time in the regular season against the Cowboys. The two teams split the series this year, each winning on the road. Dallas now sits at the top of the NFC East entering the final four games of the season.
The Giants started the season with a 26-21 loss to Indianapolis at home. They went on to beat Philadelphia on the road in overtime, 30-24, then lost to Seattle, 42-30, at Qwest Field. On Oct. 23, they defeated the Cowboys in Dallas, 36-22, on Monday Night Football. The Giants beat Tampa Bay, 16-3, and Houston, 14-10, in back-to-back games at Giants Stadium, before losing at home to Chicago, 38-20, at Jacksonville, 26-10, and in Tennessee, 24-21.
