OKLAHOMA CITY -- Bobby Jackson, a starting guard for the New Orleans Hornets, has a cracked left rib and will be out for about two weeks, the team announced Tuesday.

The initial diagnosis for Jackson was bruised ribs after he was injured Nov. 28 in a game against the Toronto Raptors and he sat out Friday's game against Chicago.

Jackson is one of three injured Hornets starters.

Guard Peja Stojakovic remains out with back spasms and forward David West has been sidelined with a strained right forearm.

The Hornets begin a road trip with a game Wednesday at Los Angeles against the Lakers.
After starting off so good they have lost quite a few important players, two weeks for cracked ribs sounds a bit light and I really expect him out a bit longer than that 2-4 weeks maybe...

Thoughts?
