| First off, I am a huge Michigan fan and I despise Flordia... as a matter of fact I dispise all SEC teams after the constant whining they do every year about the national title game. So I will try and be as fair as I possibly can in this post.
Yes we did see Michigan vs. Ohio State already this season but, it was possibly the best regular season game that was played this years. The game had come down to the wire but, I'll give Flordia their credit they had a game come down to the wire against South Carolina and a squeaker with Georgia. So yeah got to give them the ups on that. Anyway, I think the day the coaches voted for Flordia is the same day they officially mailed the Sears trophy to Columbus.
One thing I really wish we could see every year is tougher non conference games. Instead of having Michigan play MAC teams and having SEC teams play D 1AA Schools... Why not pair the two conferences up in the regular season? I would so love to see Michigan roll into the Swamp and play the Gators and, I would definately be there dressed in Blue and Yellow! Or I wouldn't mind seeing them go into Athens between the Hedges and play the Bulldogs. |
