I call Alex Rios having a breakout season. Most people think that last year was probly his breakout, but this year he has the oppurtunity to be so much better. He has an amazing combination of power, speed, and defence, that will allow him to thrive with the Jays this season.

I'm going to give out one more name because I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned him yet. What about Matt Garza of the Twins? He's expected to be in the rotation, and I really think he's going to have a very good rookie season. Should be interesting to see if he'll be the third hard thrower in the Twins rotation (Though one is going to miss the whole season.
