Could the future of the Broncos arrived earlier than we really though? After 2 bad weeks for Denver's starting QB Jake Plummer, could it be time for Jay Cutler to take over? If the season was to end this week, then Denver would either sneak in as the second wild card or force a playoff game between Denver and Jacksonville to decide who gets the second wildcard slot. At a 7-4record things don't look bad at all, but even though Plummer has almost 2,000 yards, he actually has one more interception than touchdowns for the seasons. Over the last three week spand, Plummer has thrown 5 of his 12 interceptions and only 3 touchdowns.
So that leads me to the question, is it time for Plummer to move aside and let Cutler have a crack at it?

I think Cutler can take over and he can retire or something. Cutler is much better in my oppinion but Plummer was better a couple of years ago. He should move aside and let Cutler can take his place as QB. I think that would be a big step for them. And good post man

The Cutler era very well might have started sooner had the Broncos not been working on an abbreviated schedule this week, in one of the NFL's toughest road venues. Broncos are making the right choice, Jake Plummer wasn't doing what he is capiable of which was killing them in the long run. It's time for Cutler to step in and be given a chance, becuase who knows, he might become the next Tony Romo.
