Getting Ready for the Playoffs

This team is currently 8-3, but I've been on a 3 game losing streak. I should make the playoffs and want to win the whole thing. I've got some weaknesses on the team which I want to improve before the trade deadline (11/30).

QB (start 1) - Carson Palmer, Phillip Rivers
RB (start 2) - Rudi Johnson, Willis McGahee, Joseph Addai, Wali Lundy, LaMont Jordan
WR/TE (start 3) - Torry Holt, Roy Williams, Terry Glenn, Keyshawn Johnson, Jerrico Cotchery
K - John Carney
DEF - Jacksonville

I'm thinking I could improve QB with an underperforming Palmer, RB (depth, but no true stud after Rudi's struggles), and WR3.
