The money this guy brings in will probably negate however much money they spend to get him. Baseball is only becoming more popular in Japan, and all of Asia really.

I doubt the Sox are going to find anybody to take Clement, as he probably won't even pitch this year.

This guy is good that's what I know, but 51 million dollars might have been to much to gamble IMO, who knows though he might go and win the next three AL Cy Young awards, but when you pay 51 million dollars just to talk to him, he better produce well before you waste all your money...
