Bill Parcells retired. Im not sure why he would wait so long if he is just going to retire. He kinda screwed the team over. With loss of time, the cowboys need to find a good head coach.

THere are still plenty of candidates... but If I'm a coach I would be weary coming to a team with T.O... first loss it will be all on the coach and TO will see to that.
