Ljunberg - Well if he was fit, he'd been a very fine signing for anyone, but he is never ever fit anymore. Would be a risky signing for anyone that isn't loaded to the hilt with a huge squad
Lauren - I liked him. Aside from the very top players (like Ronaldo in the Cup Final a couple of years back) I've rarely seen him beaten or turned inside out much. He's unlucky that at the time he got injured Arsenal put in a guy that will possibly become the best right back in the world (Eboue). Many other Prem teams (as well as those abroad) would consider him a fine signing I'm sure |
About Eboue, If he continues his antics like in the FA Cup i could see Wenger dropping him until he straightens up. I was embarrased and shouted at him (via the tv) to get up when he went down holding his ankle to try and advoid a clear booking. I was happy to see how quickly he was taken off the next time he went down tho. Hopefully that teaches him some sense.
