Thats not what I mean at all.

The point i'm making is TO seems to get a lot of cred off the back of Witten, Crayton and Glenn and maybe Fasano. Those four are the people who grind out the plays snap after snap to move the chains and then Owens is all of sudden a Pro Bowl receiver because he catches a ball in the End Zone.

I know Owens does contribute to the offense but I really don't see why he should be a Pro Bowler. Its like all the people raving on about how Mike Vick got snubbed. You get in the Pro Bowl on merit not name. Although how Troy Polomalu gets in I have no idea.

no, its a lot of name and thats what makes the pro bowl a joke. But I do understand what your saying.

What about barber for the cowboys? He is a good great closer running back for us, he is wat, i think second or third in touchdowns in the nfc? W/o him, the cowboys don't win half the games they have won.

Slim, if it was up to you, the entire NFC Pro Bowl team would be the Cowboys. Stop making a case for every Cowboy. Marion Barber? No. I don't even want to elaborate. Just no.

Your one sided views on that team show how much of a homer you are, and how little you know about the sport.

Easy there Jayman, we where just having a conversation. Opinions and Assholes and all that.

I'm British, I don't know that much about the game, but I play it and I watch it and Slim was having a chat about his team.

Ok here's the thing about Owen's 'snubbage', 1/3 of the voting is done by fans, so tell me this, why was Owen's not the leading vote-getter for WR's in Texas? Steve Smith actually beat out Owen's by 33% source:PBI And I'm sorry but Name does have something to do with it, in fact look at Offensive Lineman, Matt Birk had an average year and he gets into the Pro Bowl, yet LeCharles Bentley has a phenomenal year according Scouts OLP stat, According to the stat Bentley accounted for 38% of his teams rushing yards whereas Birk contributed to 22%. The Pro Bowl has been and always will be a popularity contest.

On a side note, anyone else get a stomachache when they looked at the NFC's QB's? Drew Brees, Marc Bulger, and Tony Romo. I don't have an issue with them it just seems so mediocre to me. I mean no one stands out as true great QB.

Also Slim, whereas your arguements seem to be a little homerish, don't worry, when you have a favorite team you always want to seem the do good right?

Another Side Note, anyone else notice that Philip Rivers and Drew Brees made the Pro Bowl and they were on the same team right?
