First of all, its not like one day the media just got together and said "Hey you know what? Let's do everything in our power to make this Owens guy look bad." He brings it upon himself. And, I dont think he even minds, I'm sure he enjoys it. He's a jerk, plain and simple, and being a jerk has helped him get the spotlight shone on him a lot more than it should have.

Secondly, Terrell Owens did not "burn Hall all night". T.O had 5 catches for 69 yards. Thats a pretty average night. Sure, he scored twice, but TDs for the most part are a matter of ciurcumstance. Brandon Jacobs has like 5 times as many TDs as Tiki Barber this year. Does that make Jacobs a better player than Barber? Absolutely not. also, I saw one of T.O.'s TDs, and Hall was draped all over him. Perfect coverage. T.O. made the catch IN SPITE OF Hall's coverage, not because of it.

Third, Chad Johnson is fucking awesome. He's probably the only loudmouth player who's genuinely funny.

Fourth, I can't wait for when T.O. turns his back on Parcells and Romo and tears that team apart just like he did in San Fran and Philly, so that Slim can look back on his defense of T.O. and realize how much of a homer he's being and how ridiculous he looks

Fifth, note that somebody took a potshot at my favorite player on my favorite team and I didn't jump to his defense, because I realize that what Griff said was right. Since I'm not a homer, I can accept the faults of the players on my team, as well as appreciate their strengths.

First off I agree with Gifford that some of the shit that happens in the NFL makes me not want to watch the games neither. Thats why I prefer the NCAA well with the exception of the constant bitching and crying from Flordia Coach Urban Meyer during the past few monthes.... By I hope the coaches who voted for Flordia are happy since they just basically mailed the Sears trophy to Columbus.... The Big Ten will go 3 - 0 against the SEC... I called that here first.... Ok I will shut up about that now.

Hey Slim what would you have done in the situation Deangelo Hall was in? WOuld you hit Terrel Owens for spitting on you or would you keep a level head in the game and relize your team has already had enough controversy with your coaches stupid ass comments earlier in the week? Also would you have taken into consideration that your team is in playoff contention and, you are quite possibly the best player in the Falcons secondary which means if you do something incredibly stupid and get your ass suspended you hurt your team. Bet you didn't think about that since its so easy to call a man a homer while sitting on a computer. What makes you think Hall is a homer? Are you just jealous that Mr. Hall has gotten more pussy than you have jacked off too while watching internet porn?

I am a homer, and i said this, if it was anyother person, if someone spit on a cwoboys id be pissed. If T.O was with another team, Id prolly agree with most people and say he is a joke. But he is on the cowboys and hey, we are super bowl contenders so im happy :xmas:

He openly said that he was thinking of another party rather than listen and pay attention to what was probably the most important speech his coach would give all year... the Super Bowl speech... he showed disrespect to himself and to his teammates and superiors... He straps on a bike helmet while riding a stationary bike taking attention and focus from the game on him... these things are just a few of the things you left out.
