Okay, should this be a chance for the reds to take revenge after we crushed em 3-0 at home ground? I can see them plotting to win this game against us, another loss for them against us would be real blow.
I think that Wenger is gonna play the reserves for this one, even though he made a statement where he'd focus on the Carling Cup. but at this point i do hope he is using the reserves giving the first team a rest ahead of the Balckburn game at the end of the week.
Arsenal play Liverpool at least three more time this season all at Anfield, this is the only one i wouldent mind loseing as it could disrupt our season if we advance.
My Team:
Almunia
Hoyte Djourou Senderos ?
Walcott Flamini Song Van Persie
Baptista Aliadiere
Poom, Clichy, Rosicky, Adebayor, Denilson
Predictions?

At the moment Liverpool look the stronger team. And with Henry out as well I don't like Arsenals chances. However it ultimately depends on how each manager treats the game. If they treat it as a second rate cup game then it's anyone’s, but if they treat it as a big game, to set a marker for the forthcoming fixtures between the sides then Liverpool may sneak it.

i agree with that, if both sides put out top teams then i think liverpool will win seeing as we are missing a few first teamers, but if both put out reserves i think arsenal will sneak it in extra time.

Liverpool's postponed Carling Cup quarter-final against Arsenal has been rearranged for Tuesday 9 January. The match will take place only three days after the two clubs meet in an FA Cup third round tie at Anfield.
These two are going to get to know eachother really well in January, especially if they have to go to replays in both games.
the match is going to be played on the same day as the semi final To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Well they obviously will be re-arranging the semi final game.
