Fantasy Picks

Alright, this is the deal. Now keep in mind this is fantasy of course. You are the new owner of a new Football team. You get to Pick one quarterback, one Wide Receiver, and one Running back. Now this is fantasy so you get to pick anyone you want. Who would you choose?

Mine are...

Quarterback:Tom Brady (He is young, and it seems like all he does is win)

Wide Receiver: Steve Smith (almost went with TO, but I wouldent want all of that drama on my team. Smith is young, fast, and just has all the tools)

Running Back: I gotta go with LT. (He is the best running back i have seen in a long time. A human highlight reel. Reggie Bush may be good but that remains to be seen. )

What about you?

Looks like I got you on the Brady bandwagon...

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but here are my picks:

Quarterback: Tom Brady. He is, in my mind, the best QB in football right now. He knows how to read his receivers, is cool and calm in the pocket, and just has an eye for downfield.

Wide Receiever: Steve Smith. I completely agree with you, Slim. He's so quick, and if I had to bomb the ball to anyone, it would be Smith. He can break tacklers with ease, and always comes up huge in the clutch. Chad Johnson is a close second, though.

Running Back: Larry Johnson. He is young, he showed a lot of talent last year after Priest went down (Damn me for drafting Priest but not LJ to back him up last season). He is going to be huge this year.

No joke.

I watched him play his college football at Marshall, the guy is no joke.

He has just had some bad breaks in the NFL. They never should have made him play hurt.

Chad Pennington? Hmm, well I agree that he is a good qb, but the only thing is he is to injury prone. Not a bad pick though.

Shaun Alexander? Can't really argue with a MVP. Good pick.

He is not really injury prone though.

He got hurt once and they didn't give him a chance to heal. They put him back out there too soon and he injured himself worse.

I thought they did give him time to heal. How long did they give him?

Hopefully he will be ready this year and he doesent get injuried again. I hope to see good things from him.

Haha, no, ive always thought brady was good. I would pick Bledsoe but I would rather have someone younger.

Larry Johnson is a good pick. Can't really argue with you on this one.
