UFC: 60 Hughes Vs Gracie

I'm pumped for this and I also like how UFC number their pay per views as well.

I'll post my thoughts after the show.

Just got home from it.....for the first time I think a fight lived up to its hype!! The other fights were ok, I was dissapointed that dude that kept the other guy on his back for 3 minutes lost, but the main event was really good, and I actually felt bad watching Hughes tee off on Gracies head at the end....overall, good fight, and awesome win for Matt Hughes!!!

I thought the show just wasn't that good. There were too many quick fights and the Gracie-Hughes match dissapointed me just the fact that Gracie didn't do anything except for the fact he didn't tap after it looked like Hughes was going to break his arm. The first match of the preshow that they showed afterwards was probably the best match of the whole show.

It was cool seeing the guy on his back but the guy on the back should have won only because he was the only one who was aggressive and tried to do stuff, the other guy didn't really try to hurt him.

Hughes vs. Gracie was very dissapointing. I found myself just hoping that it would make it to the second round, but no such luck. Gracie got dominated.

Man, that traumatizing for me.... Shamrock got destroyed when he came back, and now Gracie. Oy and now Shamrock is going to fight Tito Ortiz again!? Maybe they'll make the match more even this time by letting Shamrock wear a helmet to the fight

Haha man I really didn't think it was that bad, I guess because I had money on Hughes to dominate, but at least we got a fight with some good strikes. The other matches were weak since I hate submission.

That armbar that Hughes put Gracie in was just brutal. I was hoping for Gracie to win, but I pretty much had to change that to "just hoping for Gracie to live" after I saw each fighter in the beginning. I guess I'd never seen Royce Gracie outside of a Gi before, but MAN, it sure looked like Hughes was fighting Ghandi or something.

Felt bad for Gracie but he knew what kind of storm he was getting into. I can't take anything away from Hughes, dude is bad ass.

I am afraid it will be the same situation with Ortiz and Shamrock. I am hoping that Shamrock wins, but Ortiz will probably dominate.

I still cannot believe that Hughes dominated Gracie.

If Shamrock loses, he will not have another big money fight in UFC
