If they keep Bosh and Villanueva around I like their future. In this draft I'd add either Tyrus Thomas or Adam Morrison to the front court, then you have 3 young, athletic players up front all under the age of 22. You keep Joey Graham at the 2 for now and see what you can get out of him, and also keep Mike James.. He's not too bad.. but he's 31 and won't be around to see the team develop, so they'll have to look for another point in a couple years and possibly a contributing 2 as I'm not sold on Graham, but yeah.. nice future.

I hope Mike James is gone and the Raps bring in a real PG to get Bosh/Charlie V the ball. Obviously that PG won't come at the top of this draft, but they have an assload of salary space to look around for one.

As for the #1, I like the looks of the big Italian kid. He's apparently the most Nowitzki-like prospect since the man himself (always a questionable comparison but still), and he'd give the Raps a huge front court. And not a crowded front court like Tyrus Thomas would make it -- the European kid's strength is his outside and 3-point shooting. Hell, they could use Villanueva to deal for a PG if need be.

With Colangelo at the helm, if they can lock up Bosh and draft a solid player with the top pick (not Morrison!), I love where the team is headed.

I've heard about the big kid too but I don't trust it.. I heard an assload about Darko coming out and he's done nothing thus far..Imagine if Detroit had drafted Melo, Wade, or Bosh. To be fair, he's still only 20 but still, he's shown nothing.. With Thomas or Morrison you know what you're getting and it's not that bad.. Morrison will be a 18-20PPG scorer and play no defense and Thomas will be a great defender but who knows on offense.. He can finish I suppose not sure how the rest of his game will develop.

I hate these foreign players, they are just like high school kids. You get really lucky or really unlucky. For every solid, good or great one there's 10 who are complete shit.

I couldn't blame Toronto is they made a trade for a PG though, as I said, James is starting to get old and to be honest I don't really like him anyway. Maybe they could drop down even in the draft if they really don't want any of these guys.. pick up a 1 next year or a veteran and then select Marcus Williams.. I know I'm a big UCONN guy but trust me the kid is going t be good.. I'm not just saying it, he'll be a good PG.
