I do think he should be in the HOF. He has admitted to gambling on baseball and apoligized for it so I think his lifetime ban should be lifted.

I think what he did is worse then anyone that used steroids while playing baseball. Gambling on baseball while coaching is different and is possible to impact the game but its up to the players to win. If you are playing the game and use steroids then you are basically helping the team to win.
