The situation in Tennessee has come to a point now where it looks like Steve McNair's Titans/Oilers career has come to an end. The Titans drafted Vince Young (who is actually VERY close with McNair), and have one of the better backup QBs in the NFL in Billy Volek (who should start the next couple years). Today it's been reported that McNair's agent has been permitted to talk with the Ravens about a trade -- and if that doesn't work out, he'll be released.
