I was Harlequins as a teen (before I got into Rugby) just because the shirt looks so damn good for a night out down the pub

New York Mets: first place, NL East

New York Giants: made playoffs last year, should be in contention again this year.

Denver Nuggets: No. 3 seed in Western Conference.

Syracuse Orange: terrible football season, basketball team won Big East tournament and lacrosse team should be better than last year.

Colorado Avalanche: No. 6 seed in Western Conference but just barely.

No

Anyway, here are mine:

Baseball: New York Yankees - Bad start to the season AGAIN, but they've got simply too much talent to not make the playoffs for the 12th staright year.

Basketball: New York Knicks - ummm...let's just forget this ever happened.

Hockey: NY Rangers - Going to make the playoffs for the first time in 8 years. First place in their division, they will have a 3 seed in the playoffs, and will probably face the Devils in the first round. It will be tough. I dont think they're a Stanley Cup contender yet.

Football: NY Football Giants - Had a great year last year that ended badly. They upgraded their biggest weakness (defensive backfield), but a killer schedule will hurt them next year.

MLB: Texas Rangers- Got off to a rough start, but you never know, the season is young.

Tampa Bay Rays- Not so bad, I doubt anything good but hey, tickets are cheap, so i get to go to just about every game

NFL: Dallas Cowboys- Can you say Super Bowl? :cool2:

D, you're right about the G-Men's schedule. I freaked out when I saw it. I think there's only 2-3 games "definite win" games on their schedule. Everyone else on the schedule either made the playoffs or is a team like Atlanta, that's good but fell just short of the postseason a year ago.

Over the years, I've learned not to put any thought into the schedule this early in the season. You can look forward to games like NYG/IND or DAL/PHI, but to use the schedule as any indication of how teams are advantaged or disadvantaged -- this early in the season, I mean -- is a waste of time.

Teams can explode, or implode, at any given time in the NFL; look at how terrible Monday Night Football's "Prime-time" matchups have been in the past few years.

The season is looking good for my Indians. Last year had some late season excitement, but we fizzled out right there at the end.

Basketball wise, I think the Cavs actually made the play offs. But I rarely watch that stuff.

Football, the browns were a joke last year. This year they may actually be respectable. I still don't know about the QB position though. It's looking pretty weak there.

The Bulls are like a game a way from reaching the playoffs. It's pretty exciting. They've been playing great too. I'm trying to track down tickets to the Wednesday game against the Raptors.

I haven't seen the Bulls play since Jordan was around. hahahhahaha.

How was that like? As a kid getting NBA recaps shows streamed from the States in the early hours of morning, one of my dreams was to see Jordan live in action.

I wish my sex life was like ECW, first you get a One Night Stand followed by 2 months of nostalgic orgasms and then 6 months of constant sucking.
