Yeah, that fight should have definitely went to a third round.

Ed did not look that good in his fight against Danny. I don't think that he lived up to his trash talking. He did not look like the best 185 pounder there with that performance. He should have taken Danny out much faster.

Ed didn't look as great as I expected either, but he did show he could go, he just underestimated Danny.

To be honest if Ed had gone out and physically punched Danny's head off from the rest of his body it still wouldn't have lived up to all his trash talking.lol

That being said Danny didn't even look like he was trying to win, more like survive for as long as he possibly could which did not in my opinion lead to a very exciting fight. No doubt Ed underestimated him given that first punch he took but this was not the right fighter for Ed to go up against to show what he can really do. I think if he goes up against someone like Kendel it would be a much more interesting fight. Loved the look Kendel gave him when he said "What are you going to do when your staring across the cage at me" Funny stuff, and Kendell just look bewildered.

Ha ha ha....very true. When he challenged Tito to take Danny's place I just had to bust out laughing.

Sometimes I like it when a fighter trashtalks his head off, beyond his talent. It sells the fight a bit more and can make it more interesting.

I think that Ed will show himself more against a better fighter.

What about Danny acting like he was a UFC fighter afterwards and acting like he will be a UFC star despite getting his ass kicked in that fight? I do admit that Ed could have done a better job, and for his sake I hope he does in the semi-finals.

Ed wasn't very impressive and Danny basically gave up at the end when he left his arm exposed for Ed to apply the armbar. He probably took Danny lightly and that's why his performance wasn't up to snuff. Maybe against stronger competition he'll look better.

Looking forward to this week's fight between Mike Nickels and Matt Hamill. Should be a good one.

Michael was really impressive tonight. That flying knee was pretty awesome.

My predictions for the winners of UF3 is: Michael Bisping, and Kendall Grove.

Bisping should win in the first round in the LHW division....I think the Ed-Kendall fight could be a very good one. Ed has a slight advantage over Kendall and will likely score points on takedowns and ground control and I think he will win by decision.

I'm still disappointed that the main event is Kenny Florian and Sam Stout...there's a bunch of fights on next week's Ultimate Fight Night that are much better than this.
