Well, he didn't seem like puss or anything. I thought he'd probably win his fight.

It's just that he was kind of old and didn't have the will to live. See! you're relating to the characters all ready.

Another good episode last night. I'm glad Christian is gone...dude was in horrible shape and even after training for a few weeks still hadn't improved his cardio. He was gassed 1 min. into the fight and as soon as that cut on his head opened up, he looked like he gave up.

Shamrock's coaching style (at least from the editing) seems pretty crappy. Looks like he's more concerned with making sure the guys aren't better than he is, unlike Ortiz who is trying to make all of his fighters better.

Good news is that Ortiz didn't tear his ACL, he broke his fibia so the fight with Shamrock, scheduled for July 8, is back on. Next week it looks like the two get into a confrontation...Tito has to love how he can so easily push Ken's buttons. He's going to dominate Shamrock again when they fight.

I guess one of the fighters (Michael, dude with the tattoos on his neck) is from the Denver area. I saw him in a local commercial advertising a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school here in town. They are offering a free week's trial, so I'm going to check it out since the gym I was taking MMA classes at has moved out of my area.
