I haven't followed baseball in so long it isn't even funny.

The last team I liked was the Indians and that was several years back when they made it to the World Series and lost.

I couldn't even name on player for the Indians now though.

As much as I hate Alex Rodriguez, he could be the greatest baseball player ever and there is no signs of him using steroids at all. He looks the same when he came up with Seattle. Unless, he started doing them in the minors, his only year there but they test for that down there so who knows.

He's got 429 homeruns right now. So, barring injury, he'll probably get to 500 about halfway through 2007, and 600 in late 2009 (at age 34). He's got a definite shot at not only Hank Aaron's record, but 800 homeruns as well

That is truely scary. Although he is a massive tool, he is one of the best hitters I have ever seen bar none.

Before you go about saying I am just saying that as a Sox fan. Sox fans know the difference between a Stupid fucking Yankee and a Yankee.

Jeter is the type of baller that Sox fans would LOVE to have on thier team, while A-Rod is a little bitch that happens to hit the piss out of the ball.

lol...I'll never understand your Don Mattingly thing. I mean, I love Donnie and all, I just dont get why a hardcore Red Sox fan would like him. Maybe it could be that he was the star of the Yankees during their worst stretch in team history?

I'm trying to think of Boston players I like, and the only name that really comes to mind is Ortiz. That guy is a fucking monster, and he seems like a good clubhouse guy as well. I used to like Varitek, until the A-Rod fight happened. Now I dont like him any more
