I respect Tedy 10000% percent, but I dont need ESPN telling me how amazing of a story it was 10 million times.

I'm not sure why this has gotten all the coverage it has. Does a guy come back from a stroke everyday to play? No, but jeez.. He's not even a great player. He's a good player. By the coverage its gotten you'd think Brady had a stroke.

ESPN's NFL broadcasts, which are normally ridiculously terrible, hit an all-time low with that game.

The worst was when Suzy Kolber was talking about Bruschi, and then there was a big play (fumble that the Bills D recovered), and she wouldn't stop talking so that the announcers could talk about what was going on in the actual game

Wasn't Suzy Kolber the women a drunken Joe Namath tried to make out with? That was the all-time greatest moment in the history of NFL telecasts.

If Tedy is great, then what do I call a player the caliber of a Randy Moss or LaDainian Tomlinson?

Listen, I know you are a big Pats fan and all but c'mon man.. he ain't "great".. Is he going to make the Hall? No.. I'm not trying to take away what he means to the team.

I agree with Blitz and DMW. Bruschi is a very good, very solid linebacker, but he's not a "great" football player.

And the past 8 years, Simon? Come on. Tedy's name wasn't being thrown around with praise like this until the Pats' second Super Bowl win. Eight years ago he was just winning a starting job.
