Looks like the teams interested are Washington, Seattle, Philly and a couple others.
True, especially if you have a payroll the size of Boston's or New Yorks. I just have a hard time appreciating the job an Epstein or Cashman can do when they have practically unlimited resources. Now you make a small market team a contender like Billy Beane or Mark Shapiro then we'll talk about great GMs.
