NHL Predictions 2005-06 Season
The NHL fever is coming.. did you catch it yet? I have and with good reason. I've been a quiet Pens fan all my life. A lot of you probably didn't know that, I've hardly discussed the NHL on this forum, but why would I? The Pens have sucked.. and there wasn't even a season last year. Now.. I'm not going to act like I'm going to watch all 82 Pens games, I don't have the time.. but I will be cheering them on when I can.

What kind of TV deal does the NHL have this time around?

People might care because many teams that sucked will no longer suck.

Oh fuck you're all off. The NHL struck a TV deal with The Outdoor Life Network, I'm not sure how huge that cable station is down South, but it's been made out to be quite a big deal. Pittsburgh may just sneak into the playoffs this year, but I'm afraid that's as far as they'll get, a first round loss seems inevitable. Calgary will not duplicate their success whatsoever, bring it Spinoff

Stanley Cup: Philadelphia Flyers (I say it every year they pull an upheavel, but this year it's happening

Eastern Finals: Philadelphia over Ottawa
Western Finals: Detroit over Vancouver (close, close)

For me the Outdoor Life Network is channel 69(yes, it really is channel 69 :happy.

Yeah, OLN is a pretty young channel which is mostly popular for hunting and stuff with Lance Armstrong.

My old man watches it religiously.
