| NHL pre-season The number of power plays a game are between 12 and 20 a game. Needless to say, the players aren't use to playing that tight of a game. Lets hope they adjust and start playing a 5-5 game for the regular season. | ||||||||||||||

| Can I just point out that while the Hawks finished dead last in the last season, The Penguins came in second last. Mario didn't have a way then. Yeah, he was injured. Could happen again this year. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. | ||||||||||||||

| I'm just trying to stay optimistic. They've added a lot of parts this year as well, and who knows about Sidney.. | I'm already regretting a couple months ago when I said the Pens would take a few years to get back in contention. Along with Lemieux they already had a decent group of young guys, then you add Recchi and Leclair and Gonchar, and Crosby looks pretty NHL-ready as well. They'll be in the playoffs. | |||||||||||||||
