Where do you see this test match ending? It has been one of the most exciting tests I have ever seen and is virtually an extended one-day match. It's swung one way then the next with both of our country's being in the acendensy at one time or another. The fact is on paper England should win but knowing the teams, the rivalry and the shear unpredictability of the match at present who do you see winning.....

If I had to make a prediction it will either be England by less than 50 runs or the Aussies by 1/2 wickets. I pray it's us, not just because I'm English but just to keep this series as exciting as it is.

Flintoff played a superb innings... I love it when he's in full flow smacking 6's all over the ground. Looks like a brilliant atmosphere down there as well.

Well play is over for the day... Brilliant day of cricket, will be up early to see "The Bloody Poms" finish the Auzzies off tomorrow morning. All this happend while Thirty7 was probably asleep, lol!

At the very least if we win this test then it'll make for an interesting last three tests. It's been nearly 20 years since it's even been remotely close. Both tests have had great moments so far, this is going to be a good summer of cricket (if we have a summer that is!)

As an Avid England fan I still feel the aussies could steal this, we've got to be really disciplined tommorrow...

PS any brits fancy coming to the old trafford test for a good session on the saturday????

Just read the results of the day and it looks like we've lost this one but at least this is a competitive series. Although Punter is in desperate need of a big innings.

Also, how brilliant is it to see Warney bowling right near his best, especially Strauss's dismissal?

Today was a good day for english cricket and michael vaughan, i managed to find a scoreboard on the works intranet so i had that up whilst taking calls and was surprised to see hoggard go for 4.

But i hope tomorrow is more of the same.
