| Doug Flutie Retires NOOOOOOOO DOUG FLUTIE RETIRED...  with a career that spans 21 years in the USFL, CFL and NFL Doug Flutie called it quits today. Doug played quarterback for Boston College and threw a famous hail mary pass to end a career. He also drop-kicked the first extra point since the 1950's. He won the Heisman and was said to be too short to play in the NFL... too short my ass | |||||||||||||||
