| American Football: Don't really follow it but I'll go with Joe Montana as if I'm correct he had 3 SuperBowl MVPs and I think he is one of the most successful QB's of all time.
I think Ray Lewis was great in defence, especially the year he was MVP
Soccer: Pele - The man needs no real explanation, but he is the youngest World Cup Winner, the youngest man to score in a World Cup Final. Has played in four World Cup's in total, three of which he won with Brazil. For his day, he tried some amazing things which still could not be done today. If he was around today he would be priceless. Honourable Mentions - Best, Maradona, Cruyff.
Rugby: Jonah Lomu - At the peak of his career, he was nearly unstoppable. 1995 World Cup statistics speak for themselves. At the age of 20 he scored 7 tries in 5 matches. Then at 1999 World Cup he scored 8 tries and finally he holds the record for the most tries scored in World Cup History. Unfortunately for him he had a rare kidney disease, which didn't help his career.
Tennis: Pete Sampras, soon to Roger Federer in the next few years. At the moment Sampras is still the best ever for me, winning more slams than anyone ever before, 14 in total. Federed has already won 7 and has plenty of time to add to them and so I reckon he will soon become the best of all time.
Basketball: Michael Jordan - Don't really follow it but I know he won five MVPs and well he simply is the best basketball player to my knowledge. I also know Wilt Chamberlain is possibly the other greatest basketball player ever, including his 100 points in a game.
Baseball: Babe Ruth, statistics show him to be the best I believe.
Ice Hockey: Wayne Gretsky, simply was an amazing Ice Hockey player and I know of no-one better than him.
