My bestfriend neighbour is actually in Detroit right now, booked for a magic act, cards, fire-eating, the whole nine yards. Crazy bastard said he'd come back with something Vladdy hopefully.

Well Halladay just broke his leg and is out for a month. Looks like a semi-legit reason for Shea Hillenbrand to suit up.

Two biggest snubs..

Morgan Ensberg of the Astros and Jose Guillen of the Nationals.

Ensberg has 23 homers with 63 RBIs and has basically been the only guy in the Astros lineup that's done anything, and along with him and the Stros great pitching the Stros are getting back into the Wild Card race..

Guillen is hitting .306 with 18 homers and 51 RBI's for the Nats who are in first place of the NL East...the guy has gotten big hit after big hit for them and is the team MVP...How can the team's MVP that's in first place and one of the best records in baseball not be in the All-star game?
