I just realized that Simon and I both had two people from our rival team on our lists

It was a little easier for me though, since Manny is from NY originally

Well since I rarely watched baseball before this season I don't really have a favorite team. But I guess I will say the Jays since they are the only Canadian team and when I was younger I did like them.

1st Base: Derrek Lee
2nd Base: Roberto Alomar (He was my favorite player when I was a kid and liked the Jays so I can still say him since he doesn't play with them even if my reason is when he played with them right?)
Shortstop: Derek Jeter
3rd Base: A-Rod
Catcher: Jason Varitek
OF: Hideki Matsui
OF: Ken Griffey
OF: Barry Bonds
OF: Ichiro
DH: David Ortiz

SP: Roger Clemens
SP: Pedro Martinez
SP: Randy Johnson

Closer: Mariano Rivera

Spinny, Alomar is actually retired from baseball.

Mister D. As far as Matsui goes, its less about liking him and much more about respecting his game. He is the only current Yankee that truely intimidates me when he is up at the plate.

Plus he hasnt missed a game in like 10 years. Thats stud.

Simon, thats how I feel about Ortiz...I'm terrified every time he come sup to the plate

And I like Manny because he always looks like he's stoned and watching him play defense and run the bases is hysterical

Plus, he's an absolutely incredible hitter
