I'm not a huge football (soccer) fan but I did watch much of the World Cup last time around and it looked like it was basically Brazil's to lose. What I mean is Brazil seemed to have the most talented team and if they didn't win it would have been a dissapointment for them. So has anything changed? I mean, maybe home field can make a difference, but if Brazil is playing their "A" game can they be beat this time around?
The thing is Blitz four years is a long time in any footballers lives. The two full backs of Brazils last football winning side were super fit. Come next world cup they will be 33 and 36 respectivly. An age were legs go and young teams beat you by running. A couple of intresting teams to watch will be Portugal and the Czech Republic. Young hungry and just coming of age. Also In their homeland, super-organized Germany are an almost shoe-in to reach the last four. England will no doubt flatter to decieve again but as always at World Cups you need fitness, luck and a lack of injuries as well as the best side of course.

Last time before the tournament people didn't think they'd get anywhere near the final.
Germany were lucky to get to the final too in their shit state.
