| The Lions In New Zealand Well I'm gunna start a thread dedicated to the British and Irish Lions Tour of Zealand..... Today they notched up their second victory on tour against Taranaki (14-36)following a victory over the Bay Of Plenty last saturday (20-34) The Half back pairing of England Fly half Charlie Hodgson and Scotlands scrum half Chris Cusiter were the stars of the hard faught victory. Next up is The New Zealand Maoris, and this will be the Lions' first real test of the tour. So far they've scraped by winning the previous matches in the last 20 mins of the game as the opponents tire, but they really need to bring their A game on saturday other wise in my opinion the Maoris will tame the lions. | |||||||||||||||

| 8 All Blacks in the Maori team!!! Not optimistic at all about the Tests though, very difficult for the team to gel and not pick up vital injuries especially since they're playing at the end of a long season for us. (getting the excuses in early) | |||||||||||||||
