Wow what a game! When the 2nd Milan goal went in I honestly thought it was going to be a rout. What character the scousers showed to turn the match around. Just when you think you've seen it all something like this happens!
I watched the game with a few Liverpool and Everton supporters, the Toffies fans felt sick at the end! ha ha. It would be a complete travesty if Liverpool weren't allowed to defend their trophy. Looks like UEFA have passed the buck to the English FA, and I just hope they have the backbone to give the place to Liverpool.
I hope Liverpool get an extra place that way City get into the UEFA cup
Wouldn't they just swap Everton and Liverpool.. so Everton would to into the UEFA Cup and Liverpool go into the Champions League. I can't see England having 5 places coz that just messes up the numbers.
Well, I wasnt watching the game itself. we were watching a highlight/recap show, and they showed highlights from this game, probably since it was such a good game

The FA confirmed weeks ago that Everton would go into the Champions League so the only way Liverpool will go in is if UEFA give us an extra place
They should have a play off match Liverpool v Everton winner gets champions league spot. Only way I can see them making it a "fair" decsion. Only problem is theres so little time to have it being as which ever team goes to the champions league will have to enter via the qualifing stage.
