For me its John Terry, the guy as had a fantastic season, hes the best defender in Eurpe right now and Chelsea wouldnt be doing aswell without him

I'll go with Cech. He's had a fantastic season and I'd say he edges Terry. I know many people would say he has a strong defence infront of him, but he's had a record number of clean sheets in one season, and this season is his first int he Premiership. He's also keeping a very good goalkeeper in Cudichini on the bench aswell.
