If he does get traded, it'll be largely because of the Vikings' cheap, cheap owner, Red McCombs. That's why Vike fans are pining to get the team sold immediately, hoping to keep Moss around.
While yes, Red McCombs is notoriously cheap, when Daunte Culpepper says "enough is enough", you kinda get the impression its more than just the owner that doesnt want Moss around. and that its more than just a financial decision
They're asking for a defensive starter and a first round pick for Moss. If I was the Vikings, and somebody offered me that I would take it

Yes, but one of the teams most interested is the Jets who have a 1st round pick in the upper 20's.
The Raiders are also interested and I believe they have a very good pick. If I was the Raiders I would re-sign Porter and try to get the deal done with Moss. Moss and Porter would be an awesome 1-2 punch at receiver, and I'd live with Collins at QB, he still has a great arm.

The Vikings forum over at KFFL is pretty funny to read. There's people in there who think they're gonna get Lavar Arrington AND two #1's for him, and some who are talking about Ed Reed and a #1 as well. Now I think they're discussing Jets offers, somewhere in the ballpark of Jon Vilma and a #1.
You never get fair trade value in the NFL though when you want to make a trade.
