NFL Week 15

I'm excited for the Saturday night and Sunday night games this week. Saturday is Carolina at Atlanta, while Sunday is Baltimore at Indianapolis. The Baltimore/Indy game is particularly intriguing, as it's been a while since Peyton faced any sort of "vaunted" defense.

Not excited about Pittsburgh-Giants?

I am, because i want to see if the giants actually end the game with positive yardage, which the Browns almost failed to accomplish against the bills last week

Actually, I think I have an exam during that game. But I will be hoping Hines Ward can actually catch a few passes for once this week, I got round one of my league's playoffs.

Jesus christ, I guess nobody wants to get in the NFC playoffs. Can you believe a team with a 7-9 record might actually get in? And to top it off, it might be the Saints of all teams.

NFL is just crazy.

Packers get beat in sub-zero weather to the Jags.

Lions drive down the field to tie the Vikings(whoops!!), they botched the kick

Broncos get killed by the Chiefs in a game they needed to have

And the Seahawks and Rams both got killed to make the NFC WEst the biggest piece of shit division I've ever seen. You go out there in a must game and get smoked by the Cards?? what the hell is that.

Personally, I hope Carolina gets the second wild card spot in the NFC. I think most football fans want to see them get in, except for fans of the teams they're competing with

They played Atlanta tough on Saturday. They've been ravaged by injuries. They're currently starting a 6th-string running back. Their best receiver was lost for the season in week 1. They're one of the most well-coached teams in the NFL, led by former Giants defensive coordinator John Fox. Jake "Daylight come and you gotta" Delhomme speaks with a cajun accent (always funny to hear). They have He Hate Me on their team.

Go Panthers!!!

The Saints dont deserve to be anywhere near the playoff picture. Talk about an underachieving team. And the Rams, who are possibly the worst coached team in the NFL.

Going into this week, only 5 teams were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, and only one from the NFC. thats pretty crazy

Did any opf you guys catch the Jags-Packers game? Donovin Darius leveled Robert Ferguson with a vicious clothesline and knocked him unconscious. If that wasnt bad enough, check out what he said after the game:

Darius said he's seen players stay in the game for hits worse than his.

"It was not intentional, I was just trying to make a play," he said. "I've done that in the past when I know I couldn't get an interception, I swung up, trying to get the ball. That's a technique."

Darius said he would appeal any fine the league hands down.
This was one of the dirtiest plays I've ever seen. The fact that Darius is totally remorseless only makes it worse.

Yeah I wanna see the Panthers get in too.

As for Darius I did see the play....but I think the dirtiest player is still Rodney Harrison....a damn fine safety though.

I agree. He's an extremely tough and talented player, and its a shame he mars his reputation by taking cheap shots at people

I heard that in his first practice with the Patriots he leveled Troy Brown in a non-contact drill. If this guy will even take cheap shots at his own teammates, what does that tell you about him?

As for dirty players, let's not forget the entire Denver offensive line.

Jeremiah Trotter is currently one of least favorites, for giving Jeff Feagles a cheap shot in Week 1, then nailing Eli when he was well out of bounds a few weeks ago
