I still don't agree with that, admittedly I haven't seen much of Shevchenko, but he can't be playing as well as Ronaldinho!

How can you say he doesnt deserve it, when you are admitting that you havent seen enough of him? He is the best striker of all time. He is even better than Van Basten. He is playing way better than Rona right now. WAY better. He is scoring in every game it seems. AC Milan is in second place and its all cause of him.

Yeah but I've seen Ronaldinho and he's amayzing! However I am going to make an effort to watch a few AC Milan games over the next few weeks to see if he is really THAT good.

Ronaldinho is amazing and so is Henry. But Sheva is not from this planet. You would really enjoy watching him play.

Ronaldinho should piss all over World Player of the Year. Sheva is Mr. Consistency at AC Milan and he won the Ballon D'Or but I don't think he's gonna get World Player of the Year...

Ronaldinho for me has been the better player and i've seen him and Sheva play week in week out for their respective clubs. Ronaldinho has this inventiveness and an ability to turn a game that I haven't seen in years. Sheva is a heck of a striker to say the least but Ronaldinho just does things with the ball that Sheva either doesn't do or isn't capable of doing at all. For me there's no contest. He took Barcelona from being an average team languishing mid-table and basically single-handedly led them on a huge winning streak lasting from around Feb to the end of the season. Now he's in a team full of world class players playing to their capability he still outshines them all.

I don't think Henry deserves his place. Adriano should have finished above him.

You couldnt be more wrong when talking about Rona and Sheva. But I do agree that Rona might win The Golden Boot. This way they both get something and they are both happy. With that being said, Sheva deserves both. Well so far i have been right and Sheva won the first of 2 trophies. And can you imagine he play for a world class National Team like Brazil or Italy or France?
