Do you still think LeBron is highly overrated and/or no where near the player Carmelo is?

Still not showing he should have been called the next MJ which was the biggest reason I said he was overrated. As for Anthony and Lebron the stats are not anything majorly different for you to be acting like Lebron is a lot better.

ANTHONY

G - 95
GS - 95
MIN - 3,458
FGM-A - 715-1,702
3PM-A - 79-248
FTM-A - 471-611
OFF REB - 207
DEF REB - 371
TOT REB - 578
AST - 267
STL - 113
BLK - 46
TO - 292
PF - 272
Points - 1,980

JAMES

G - 92
GS - 92
MIN - 3,654
FGM-A - 749-1,737
3PM-A - 78-257
FTM-A - 424-560
OFF REB - 124
DEF REB - 410
TOT REB - 534
AST - 546
STL - 158
BLK - 73
TO - 315
PF - 166
Points - 2,000

Very similar stats.

For instance......

-Anthony has missed 987 FGs and James has missed 988 FGs.
-Anthony has missed 169 3's and James has missed 179 3's.
-Anthony has missed 140 FT's and James has missed 136 FT's.

LeBron has been nothing short of sensational this season, maybe the best player in the league, and his team is 9-4. That is what I'm referring to... not career misses.

If you polled every GM in the league and asked them "Who would you draft 1st for your team" 9 out of 10 would say James.

Mello was just arrested for drunk driving as well. James is squeaky clean so far.

10 years from now, LB will be the poster child for the NBA while Mello mixes in with the rest of the NBA.

This may be before a lot of your times but this reminds me of the Alonzo Mourning/Shaq draft. There were a lot of people who said that Zo would be much better than Shaw coming out of college.

The Cavs spanked the Nuggets last night.

Also, Carmelo is starting to show some of the negative aspects that many basketball players show these days. There was the time last season when he refused to come back into a game when they were losing. He jealously complained about all the attention Lebron was getting. He bitched about playing time in the Olympics. He got caught with weed in his bag at an airport. Last night, Denver and Baltimore news stations showed a homemade video of Carmelo hanging out with people in his old Baltimore neighborhood, and some of the other people are talking about killing people who talk to the cops. Carmelo on the video says that his Olympic medal is "in a lake somewhere". He also refused to talk to the media after last night's game

LeBron, on the other hand, has been a poster-boy for the NBA both on and off the court.

People, myself included, thought LeBron and Carmelo would be the next Magic and Bird. But Carmelo is starting to look less like Bird and more like another highly-touted Syracuse prospect, Derrick Coleman.

I'm not gonna write off Carmelo just yet, but he better get his shit together.

On the flip side, Dwyane Wade has been just amazing for Miami. I thought he was gonna be really good, but i didnt realize he would be this good this soon. He's averaging 24.9 points (more than Shaq), 7.4 assists, and 5.4 rebounds per game. He also averages nearly 2 steals per game, and over a block per game.
