...that the quote in my profile is an actual quote from Pedro Martinez, while Hyde had to make up a bunch of fake Yankee quotes

Let the record also show that the Yankees magic number to win the division is 1, meaning that unless the Yankees lose the rest of their games AND the Red Sox win the rest of their games, the Yankees will win the american League East for the 7th straight year, while Boston finishes behind the Yankees for the 9th straight year.

So, after all the "watch out D, the Sox are coming for the Yankees" and "the sox will win the division", once again the red Sox play second fiddle to the Yankees.

They gave it a hell of an effort, but the second they put that hat with a "B" on, theyre doomed to fail. Sorry. The truth hurts sometimes

By the way, who was that putting last night's Sox-D'Rays away with a 3-run HR? Tino Martinez, thats who. Still doing great things for the Yankees, even on another team
