Sorry for bumping an old old thread but what it the practise squad? does that mean he'll be playing in the NFL or warming the reserves bench? I've not a chuffing clue.

Reserves, if even that (he could still be cut).

Most likely he'll see a journey to NFL Europe. The Vikings and NFL Europe get along well.

Does NFL Europe have an English team? For some reason I don't think they do.

He should be so lucky as to be warming the bench. Practice team is just like it sounds, he plays during practice. Come game day he doesn't even suit up. I will be very surprised if Brock Lesnar ever puts on a Viking uniform on a Sunday this year.

Take it for what it's worth, but Lesnar has been impressing some in the Vikings camps. They scrimmaged against the Chiefs and he had four tackles with one sack -- of course it was a non-tackling scrimmage, and he flat-out took down the QB, which caused a little bit of a riot.

With all the coverage the guy is getting, I bet he could land on a practice squad somewhere, even if the Vikes opt not to keep him around.

You can have people on the practice squad and not have them count on your 53 man roster. Therefore, Lesnar will make the practice squad, stay with the Vikings for the year and try to learn some stuff then go to Europe after the NFL season is over.
