I just fainted. It will never happen. Red Sox fans arent that lucky.
By the way. With an ages of 32, 38, 40 and 41 it would still be the best rotation IN BASEBALL HISTORY !!!!!!!
Again, it will never happen. But I like to dream.

I don't know where on earth you heard anything about Clemens being dealt, and I just don't see any way it could happen. He "came out of retirement" to play in Houston, and only Houston, with a hundred minor clauses in his contract assuring he STAYS as close to Houston, TX as possible at all times.
He disowned Red Sox fans years ago, and they've long since disowned him. I don't care if they cheered him off last year, there is no chance in hell of him wearing a Bosox cap ever again.
actually, theyve been talking about Clemens getting traded on ESPN all day. most of what i've heard is him going to the Yankees. I dont want it to happen just out of principle

Actually, wrong and wrong.
Sox fans either Love or hate Roger. But the majority of Sox fans would cream their pants if he ever came back to Boston. Oh its true, its damn true.
Callers call into WEEI (sports radio in Boston ) and talk about Roger ALOT. Roger also doesnt hate the Sox, the Fans, or the City. It was one man that he hated. Former GM Dan Duquette, and he is no longer in baseball. He has stated that numerous times in the past.
If I were Roger, I would want to go back to NY or Boston. Simply because he didnt come back to baseball to get no decision after no decision and be out of the playoff race in early July.
Believe what you want Freak, but Roger is a man of history and he knows his place as one of the best pitchers EVER. What else would seal the deal besides helping Boston finally winning the World Series?

Good point. But we really don't need either one of them (Randy and Clemens.) Arroyo has proven that he can get the job done. He didn't give up one run to Texas and only allowed 3 hits. This is a team that leads the American League in homeruns and runs scored. Derek Lowe is starting to come around too. He did give up that grand slam in the 2nd inning last night, but he shaped up after that inning. The offense is on fire, and that definitly boosts the confidence in a pitcher.. Bottom line.... The Red Sox have won their last 5 games. They've swept Oakland and may complete the sweep against Texas today (2 very good teams.) So it would be nice to have Randy Johnson or Roger Clemens, but the Red Sox just have to stay focused and stick with what they have, and they'll be alright.
Right when people are about to give up on the Red Sox, they come back and get the fans back into it. So Houston can keep Clemens. We don't need him.
Fantastic, Simon's using wrestling catchphrases now.
Perhaps "disowned" was the wrong word, too harsh, but my main point was that I do not see how Clemens would allow any sort of trade that moves him out of Houston. I also don't know how Boston would deal with all of the clauses in his contract, many of which are there to ensure he can skip games to be at home with his kids.

Huh? Where did I do that?
