T-Mac to Houston?
I've read numerous reports, and it appears imminent that a deal sending Tracy McGrady and Juwan Howard to the Houston Rockets for Steve Francis, Cuttino Mobley and Kelvin Cato will be made soon. Nothing is official, but if it were to happen, it'd be soon, since Orlando wants more time to know exactly what they'll need in the draft. If this trade does go down, Emeka Okafor seems the easy pick at #1.

That would be pretty sick, T-Mac and Yao... shades of Kobe/Shaq, without the greed and selfishness.

I would be stupid to say that, I know, but Yao may very well be the NBA's most dominating player in four or five years. The guy is a weapon in so many different ways it's absolutely mind-blowing.

He's a stud, no doubt about it. Judging by how much better he's getting and how Shaq is starting to show his age, I think you're right about the 4-5 year thing. He's never going to be the inside force that Shaq is but his perimiter and free throw shooting will make up for it.

Well, it looks like this trade is gonna go down. It should be very interesting to see T-Mac and Yao together

I'm also very happy that Steve Francis getting sent to the NBA's worst team. He cried like a bitch when the Grizzlies drafted him, then he refused to make even the slightest effort to get Yao the ball the last two years. And I'm glad Jeff Van Gundy took a stand and didnt let this spoiled brat ruin his team

I'm not convinced the Shaq deal is going to happen. The Mavs are loading up their side of the trade with everyone on the team except for the one person they want - Dirk Nowitski. The Lakers would be foolish to allow Shaq to go to Dallas without picking up Dirk. What the hell are the Lakers going to do with a fleet of undersized, white point guards? The same thing the Mavs did - nothing.
