Like hell that was your only point. Had it been your only point I would have had no problem, and I would have agreed.

You're sitting here trying to argue why Canadian teams are leaving Canada, and throwing out completely irrelevant statistics about attendances actually growing (whoa, larger arenas... what a concept).

And my point about Tampa being excited and led by Canadians was a reason why ratings in CANADA will be even higher.

Lol, you make quite a bit of sense there. I did ramble off shit without making sure it was correct first.

That being said. Canada rules and I love you dumb canucks.

I think you meant "exciting." I doubt Tampa Bay cares too much for hockey either.

Yes, exciting was what I meant to say. Tampa is one of the cities that can not handle an NHL team.

Hopefully making it to the cup will change that. Although with the strike coming, it will prolly be soon forgotten.

Making it to the Cup changes nothing; look at Carolina, or even Florida for that matter.

Lets start making predictions:

I dont really follow hockey so this is a pretty uneducated guess, but i'll say Calgary in 6.

I can only name three players playng in the finals (Iginla, Kiprusoff, and St. Louis). and i used to be a big hockey fan...

I like Hockey

I think it will do to the wire with Tampa taking it. I hope it does this year too because as of tommorrow I am officially done with education as I graduate so I can stay up to watch them.

P.s. the NHL needs to do what the RFL did a couple of years ago and put a 45% (of total annual income) salary cap on all teams, then again so does every sport because its getting way out of control.
