Manny is on fire. Every homerun he hit in the past week had to have been over 450 feet a piece. The A's are not that good this year. They have looked pathetic in this series against the Sox. Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Don't count the A's out. It was either last year or the year before that they started with something like a 4 - 22 record, and finished the year with over 100 wins. The A's are always slow starters, this is actually a good start for them. With that pitching staff they will always be competitive. They do, however, need at least one more major bat in the lineup if they're going to seriously compete. |
