Rep Power: 23   | I meant that White has two more years to develop if he wants them, which, if he wants to be a quarterback in the NFL, I assume he will. Unless he really becomes a great passing quarterback next year, or gives up early on trying to master the position, that senior year will be vital to White's future as an NFL QB. Now, Slaton is another story. If he plays next year like he did this year, there's no way he returns. | |

Rep Power: 23 | The Leinart situation was entirely different. He was clearly established as a championship-winning, NFL-caliber quarterback, who returned for his senior year to win another championship, another Heisman, and have some fun. If White stays his senior year (and I believe he will), it'll be to prove himself as an NFL QB -- not a 2nd/3rd-round project at RB/WR, or a late-round quarterback. | |

Rep Power: 32 gXboxLive Leaderboard: 17th | No if he switched positions i think he'd end up more like a Michael Robinson aka a HB, Again I think that if he develops in his Junior Year he could potentially be a great mid-round pick up for a team who is a few years away from needing a starting QB. If he stays two years and develops i think he could be thrust into a starting QB postition, if he stays and doesn't develop as a QB I could see him end up like Michael Robinson as a HB | |

But it's completely different than Leinart is what I'm saying, because it's almost an impossibility that White is projected to go even in the first two rounds after his Junior season, let alone first overall. By the way, what makes you say Robinson over Brad Smith? Isn't Robinson significantly "thicker" than both Smith and White, less of a silky runner. | |
