I'm not a massive cricket fan but last year i did watch the ashes and enjoyed it but because of my lack of sky, i may have to listen to it on the radio instead.

Absolutely can't wait. It's kind of hope and fear though. I hope that we are up to it, but I totally fear that we're not and that our little candy asses are going to get whooped this time around

I still feel the same way, especially bearing in mind how important Harmison would have to be to our chances in those conditions and how messed up he seems to be at the moment.
As with so many of our previous Ashes disasters over there, a lot will depend on the 1st day, a hell of a lot. If we lose the toss and they finish the day 350 for 2 or we win it, bat and then get skittled out before tea for 150, that'll go a long way to telling us what's going down.
If we're to win it, it will need huge efforts from Strauss, Pietersen, Flintoff and Harmison in particular
