How in the hell did Matthew Stafford get snubbed while he's fifth in the NFL in passing yards (4518), third in touchdowns (36) and second in passing completions (385)? He's one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL this season, most people are blind in not voting him in with the stat's he's put up this season.

Same goes with Cam Newton's breakout rookie campaign.

As for rookies making it this year to the Pro Bowl go I would have gone with AJ Green and Cam. At least AJ made it. I kind of don't like some of these and like others, but then again I don't really watch the Pro Bowl anyway.

Eh, its the Pro Bowl. You always have guys getting in on reputation rather than performance and this year is no different. Some deserving selections, some undeserving ones, and some snubs.

I think you can at least make a case for Eli being in there over Stafford, as Eli has been clutch this year for the most part, whereas some of those comeback wins that Detroit have gone through were because Stafford was really inconsistent in the first half of the game. Stats don't always tell the whole story.

There aren't any backup Strong Safeties? That's weird....

Yeah, the pro bowl mattered to me when I was like six. Now it's just a term announcers and uneducated fans use to try and determine a players worth/capability.
