For this game, the person that starts names 2 players from the same sport. The next person then decides who is better and they can put why if they want. Then they pick 2 and so on. Just make sure you pick 2 from the same sport, they dont have to be the same team either.

Manny's a better hitter, A-Rod is a far superior baserunner and defender (this year notwithstanding). It's close to being a wash, but I'll give A-Rod the slight edge because he can play a premium defensive position.

Man.. Well, Wade shined in the playoffs and has a ring and an MVP where LeBron does not, but he also has a superior cast alongside him.. Neither seem to be great defenders.. I'm going with LeBron. He's a better passer and probably even a better scorer but it's real close. I've flip flopped a few times on this..

As for the playoffs thing, Nicky, LeBron also shined in the playoffs, but unfortunately his teammates were SO bad, even he couldn't carry them any further.

As for Brady/Manning, it's tough, it really is.

I mean, they're both really really really good. Manning is absolutely incredible at reading defenses pre-snap, and making adjustments. Or, acting like he's making adjustments when he really doesn't do anything at all. He also has a strong and accurate arm.

However, I'm gonna go with Brady on this one. He's nearly as "cerebral" as Manning, but he's led his team to 3 Super Bowl championships, whereas Manning has not even made the Super Bowl.

I'm not one of those people who says "winning the Super Bowl is everything", because its not. If thats the case, then Trent Dilfer would be a better QB than Manning, Marino, Kelly, etc. But with two guys who are as close as Brady and Manning in my eyes, its a good enough tiebreaker.
