Norv Turner isn't that bad, he just needs chemistry with his main players.
My answer is Jim Zorn. He came into the coaching spot as an inexperienced offensive coordinator. He has no personality, no excitement, false hopes, and looks like Droopy.

They're all remarkedly bad in their own right. A couple of them have had good teams, but overall, they've all been a little underwhelming. But, since I had to pick one, I chose Eric Mangini. I think he was given his "Man-genius" nickname WAY too soon, and only because he was a coordinator under Bellichek in New England (sorry, if I spelt his name wrong). The Jets were decent as best under him, and Cleveland's been utterly terrible this season.
But, taking a look at some of the other names on the list, a majority of them are having awful seasons, too.

My answer is Jim Zorn, why not Mangini you ask? 'Because Zorn had SO much more talent with his team than Mangini. A lot of people expected the Redskins this year but with Zorn as their head coach I knew that wouldn't happen. Even watching him in the media he just radiates bad coaching with how he presents himself.

Machida successfully defending the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship with his face.
I'm going with Jim Zorn hands down. Washington is really in a mess right now and are in need of changes all around to get where they should be. By this I mean not losing to the Chiefs and Lions...
Jim Zorn. The man was a glorified quarterbacks coach to begin with, and he also has no signature qualities or characteristics to distinguish him as an authority figure.
